It is reported that most of the water we waste is in flushing the toilet. Well, now we can put that water to good use. The comode above recycles hand washing water and uses it to fill up the toilet tank for the next waste flushing. How about that?! We Americans are clueless.

That is a neat toilet; is this in someones home or a public restroom?
It's the toilet in the apartment I'm staying in.
