Love Padlocks
I've never seen one until yesterday but apparently they are popular all over the world. Love Padlocks are padlocks that are locked to a fence and couples or friends write things on the padlock, ie "Jack loves Jill". Here is the one I saw at the Tokyo Dome:

I have a question: "Tokyo Dome" is big. There is also a theme park,... At which exactly place at "Tokyo Dome" you can attach the love locks? Is it near the entry? (But maybe there are more than one entry)...
