Restaurant with Vending Machine Host/Cashier

I had a dinner in Shibuya District last night.  It was a cheap dinner but it sure was interesting.  My cousin led me into this restaurant, sort of like fastfood, but it sure was efficient.  As we enter the restaurant we look at this vending machine with the menus and prices.

Then we enter the coins in the slot and make our selection.  A ticket comes out and you take a seat in long bar-like table where the waitress and cook on the otherside, check your ticket and begin to make your order.  This is what the ticket looks like:

A few minutes later and dinner is served.   Yum, Curry and Rice and a side of Miso soup.

That is a really neat restaurant! I would like to go to a place that has an ordering system like that. Looks like that was an interesting experience for you.
